Today World no Tobacco day is observed
Every year on 31st of May observed as 'World no Tobacco day'. Tobacco is a slow poison that slowly keeps the person taking it into the mouth of death. People are knowingly consuming Tobacco product, Slowly hobby gets convert into the addiction then intoxication is not done for the enjoyment but it also not wanting. Tobacco products are consume in many ways such as beedi, cigarette, gutkha, zarda, khaini, hookah, chillum etc. Every puff of beedi, cigarette and hookah and every pinch of gutkha, zarda, khaini take it towards the death however people are doing intoxication of these products. Why people does Intoxication? Every year millions of people die due to intoxication of tobacco because it causes of many disease.
Harmful effect of Tobacco.
Nicotine is the main ingredient in the tobacco industry, which is the most fatal elements, other then this there are many other cancer causing ingredient are found in tobacco. Mouth, throat and lung cancer happen from smoking and eating tobacco. The possibility of heart disease, stomach ulcer, acidity, insomnia, and high blood pressure are increases with the consumption of tobacco products.
Cause of Tobacco addiction.
Sometimes seen from others, Sometimes in bad company, sometimes in the pressure of friends, sometimes in a young age to show themselves big. when watching the smoker smoking his favorite actor sometimes the effect of the family environment causes the addiction of tobacco product. Most people consumed cigarette, gutkha, zarda etc.
How Quit Tobacco/ smoking etc.
Decide to leave addiction in mind. Once you decide strongly and do maintain in routine work then slowly you can leave your habit. If the addiction is difficult to leave once in a jerk, then gradually reduce the quantity and leave it. You should change your daily routine foods and vegetables. You have to eat only foods which gives energy and calories. You can also take advise from the doctor about how to quit and how many ways to quit tobacco. Even today, many medicines are available in the market that you can use instead of tobacco to leave but before the use you should take reference from your family doctor.
What can be the problem while leaving the Tobacco?
There are certain problems that you might face while you leave the tobacco. Many symptoms arise which are very disturbing, they are called withdrawal symptoms like stress, restlessness, lack of appetite, palpitation, lack of sleep, excessive sweating, craving, depression etc.
We take the resolve that we will not do any intoxicants too and will encourage other people not to add to it. nothing have any benefits from the intoxication then why people do it? think about it and tell others that intoxication is bad for health.
